We ship USPS and UPS within the United States. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and is $15. Two day air is $25.
Orders are shipped Wednesday thru Friday. Orders placed Friday after 12pm PST will be shipped the following Wednesday.

Returns & Exchanges:
Of course we want you head over in heels in love with what you buy from Hawthorn…So if for any reason, what you ordered doesn’t make your heart skip, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund less the shipping charges. Returned items must be sent back in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. The bottoms of shoes tend to scuff easy, so please try on when on carpet. We reserve the right to deny returns on any items that we feel have been taken out for a spin. All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
Please allow up to two weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.
If you would like to return an item for exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if we have your size available. We can then hold the item for you until we receive the returned item to be exchanged. Shipping charges will apply.

Our online store is an extension of our brick and mortar store in Oakland, so there may be times when we have sold out of inventory on something you are lusting after. If by the odd stroke of the universe we have sold out of what you ordered at the exact same time, we will refund your card and issue you an email letting you know.
